The word Reiki is composed of two Japanese characters: "rei," which refers to the Universe, and "ki," the life force energy that animates all living things. Together, they represent the "spirit of life energy" or "universal life force." This energy flows through us and gives us life. When our life force energy is in balance, the body, the mind and the spirit work effortlessly together to create homeostasis and a vitally healthy and happy life.

Sandra guides students through the three sacred degrees of traditional Usui Reiki, offering attunements that awaken your innate healing capacity.
First Level
Focusing on self-healing and the physical realm, students receive four attunements to open their energy channels, learning the history and hand positions of traditional Usui Reiki.
Second Level
Deepen your connection with the mental and emotional levels. Students learn the three sacred symbols to assist in healing across time and space, enhancing their intuitive practice.
Master Level
The Teacher's Path. Students receive the Master attunement and symbol, gaining the wisdom to initiate others while embodying the Reiki philosophy in its highest spiritual form.
